Do ELEGOO 3D printers come with a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 1-year limited warranty on the printer (excluding consumable parts like the LCD screen, FEP film, and nozzle) and a 6-month warranty on these specific consumable components.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

You can download the latest firmware, drivers, and official versions of CHITUBOX or VoxelDance Tango directly from our 'Download Center' on the ELEGOO website.
