ELEGOO US offers a 30-day return window for most 3D printers and electronics to ensure your complete satisfaction with our precision technology. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original box to prevent transit damage and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the returned hardware within 3-5 business days of receipt, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
